Our Building
The Gateway is a four story Assisted Living site with 48 one bedroom and 12 studio apartment suites. All of our suites are subsidized and are registered with the Office of the Assisted Living Registrar. Situated in Surrey Central we are conveniently located close to transit, shopping and other local amenities. Our welcoming lobby and lounge provide a warm home like atmosphere that continues throughout the building.
The Owner
Being experienced in residential care and support of seniors as well as residential rehabilitation of adults with mental illness, The Gateway owner Daljit Gill recognized the need for an Assisted Living site in the Surrey Central area. The Gateway was founded in 2004 and opened its doors on March 26th 2005 as one of the first Assisted Living sites in the area and continues to flourish as a family operated site.
